1. How do I add a Risk?

Any changes to the Plan design must be added through a Workspace. Within a Workspace, clicking on add new system allows the user to add Risks by selecting change type as Risk.

2. Can I delete a Risk that is added to a Workspace?

Any change added in the Workspace can be deleted. To delete a Risk, select the check box against the Risk and use the delete option against it or the other actions drop down.

3. Can I add a Risk with a name that matches with an existing Risk?

No, a duplicate Risk cannot be created. In trying to doing so, the system fetches and loads the Risk that was created previously containing the same name along with the attributes by throwing a warning message.

4. What can be modified under Risk in the event of an update?

If you wish to update an existing Risk, the display name, description, cardinality, and attributes under a Risk can be modified. The name which is hovered cannot be updated/ modified.

5. Can I add same Risk under two different parents?

No, a Risk can only be added under one parent.

6. What all can I add under Risk?

Information such as name, display name, description, cardinality parent and parent type, and all the input and output attributes of the Risk can be added.

7. Can I change display name of Risk?

No, the name of the Risk cannot be changed. However, the display name can be changed which is used for all the UI purposes.

8. What is Cardinality?

Cardinality defines the measure of duplicity of the insurable element in iFoundry. Cardinality must be single for a root Risk.

9. Can I change cardinality of Risk?

No, Cardinality of Risk cannot be changed.

10. Can I import more than one Risk?

Yes, any number of Risks can be imported using Excel templates available in iFoundry.

11. How many Risks can I import using Excel?

You can import as many Risks as you want using Excel templates available in iFoundry, provided, there is sufficient information to be imported.

12. What happens if the imported Excel file contains information about existing Risks?

Any new attributes added to the Risk or the information that can be updated for the attribute will be overridden while importing, while the rest remain the same.

13. What can I update in an existing entity or attribute?

While only the display name can be updated for an entity, information such as display name, attribute type, input type, data type(only if it is not used) default value can be updated for an Attribute.

14. Can import Risk with its child's?

Yes. While a Risk can be imported with its child's, it is important to specify the parent Risk which is mapped to the child Risk. Parent name must match with the exact name of the Risk that exists in iFoundry.

15. Can I add attributes with same display names?

Yes, but one needs to make sure that the Name is different.

16. Can I add attributes with duplicate names?

No. Attributes with duplicate names cannot be added. There cannot be duplicate names while adding attributes.

17. Can I change the parent of the Risk?

No, once a Risk is created, its parent cannot be changed. However, you can delete a Risk if its not used anywhere else.
